I have a wonderful family. My wife, Amy, kids Lakeisha 16, Maekayla 10, Emalee 9 and Cody
19. I also have 2 grandkids Brylee 19 months and Callie 6 months.
We live in the BIG town of Surgoinsville, TN.
I have been hunting for 25 years and believe the future of hunting is our kids. If not hunting, I
am getting ready for it and have 650 acres leased in Sullivan County. This land is primarily used
for hunting and research. Over 100 acres of food plots maintained for wildlife, from native
grass to your basic food plots.
In 2007, I won a Wildlife Habitat Improvement Award from USDA Department, which was the
first of its kind, for work being performed on the lease. Currently serving as educational
chairman of Tri-Cities QDMA Quality Deer Management Association Branch.
Also working with landowners, NRCS and USDA offices to help implement Wildlife Habitat
Improvement Plans on land where the land owners have the equipment to plant food plots or native
grasses.
I also have been a guide ata 35,000 acre lodge in Alabama and a head guide in Kentucky managing
9000 acres for deer and turkey.
